About.

Cristina Devallescar Stallworth was born in Mexico City, Mexico, then moved to the United States at 5 years old when her single mom helped found CNN en Espanol. She’s lived in Cobb County ever since, where she eventually worked her way through college as a bartender to receive a degree in Theater and Performance Studies from Kennesaw State University. There, she met her now husband Noah. She was involved in leadership in the Greek life community to help plan large events and promote activities for the student body.

After college, Cristina pursued acting for a while and landed a co-starring role on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne. She soon after shifted paths and worked in the corporate world as an Executive Assistant in office sales and rentals for Servcorp in Midtown Atlanta. From there she moved onto the residential side of Rentals and worked as a leasing agent in Tucker, GA. She developed quick leasing techniques and became the corporate trainer for all other leasing agents in the company.

In 2016, Cristina took a leap of faith and acquired her real estate license to start her own business. She soon after became licensed with Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners. By her third year in the business she was asked to serve on the Agent leadership council at her brokerage, acting as a delegate for her peers and bringing their ideas, thoughts, and concerns to the table. This was a collaborative role serving with other council members to make decisions on the brokerage’s finances and yearly budget. By her fifth year, she had already sold or contributed to the sale of 100 homes, making her a top 10% performer in the brokerage. When asked what has contributed to her success, Cristina states that it has come from her love of people, not the desire to sell houses. Her natural talent in social interaction and the desire to help people make her a caring, personable, and efficient realtor - and will help make her a caring, personable, and efficient city councilwoman.

Cristina lives within walking distance to Marietta Square with her husband Noah, their 1.5 year old daughter Carmae, dog Sofia, cat Sebastian, and all the neighborhood cats that gladly eat the spare cans of food that she sets out for them.

Cristina and Noah love going on date nights at Two Birds Taphouse or listening to live music at the Red Hare Distillery. They also love getting Chinese takeout on Sunday from House of Lu, or on a rainy day picking up ramen at Momoiro at the Marietta Market.

One of Cristina’s favorite past times with Carmae is to walk up to the choo-choo, get Sweet Treats Ice cream, or go visit the Elizabeth Porter Splash Pad on a hot day.
